Submitting job applications (through our Website, through 3rd party websites and job boards, through recruiting partners)

When you respond to one of our vacancies or submit an open application we collect and process your personal data to enroll you in the recruitment process and prepare your employment contract.

For these purposes we use the following data:

• Curriculum Vitae;

• Motivation letter;

• Salary indication;

• Any other information you enclose with your application.

We will keep your application details for 1 year after submission due to continuous hiring process. If your application was successful, we will add the application data to your personal employee file and HR system. Receiving/providing services

We can use your personal data when provide services to you or when you provide service to TIGROUP. We keep the information because we have an agreement or contract with you. We collect and store the data for a period required by legal and tax obligations.

Being an employee of TIGROUP

If you are a TIGROUP current employee, please refer to internal policies to learn how your data is being stored and processed. This Privacy Policy does not address, and we are not responsible for, the privacy, information or other practices, including data privacy and security process and standards of any third parties, including the manufacturer of your mobile device and other IT hardware and software, and any other third party mobile application or website to which our Website or services may contain a link. These third parties may at times gather information from or about you. We have no control over the privacy practices of these third parties.

Disclosure of personal data to third parties
